Refund Policy

Atzsport's policy states that if you are not satisfied if your subscription, we will issue you a full refund within 7 days of your subscription start date. You can cancel at any time, and you will still have access to the service through the end of your billing cycle.

- Atzsport accepts the refund in the following cases:

  • You canceled your auto-renewal subscription, but the money for the following period is still being paid.
  • When watching football, there are often hiccups, lags, or no match at all. In those situations, kindly send us evidence and other details in an email as soon as the mistake is discovered.

- You might be using a different email to log in if you get an error message like "user not matched" or pop-ups continue to show while you are watching the live stream. Please get in touch with us to verify your registered email is correct. Refunds are ineligible in this case.

- If your account has been used for more than half of its allotted time, you are not entitled to a refund.

- Our team makes an effort to swiftly resolve refunding concerns. However, depending on your bank, processing the refund could take 5-7 business days.

- We disclaim all responsibility for any commissions, fees, or overdrafts charged by banks. The only way to avoid these fees is to personally negotiate with your bank.
